Anyone using Infor CSI owes it to themselves and their Company to take a long look at IntelliDash. Raj and the IntelliDash team have created a tool that continues to amaze. Reporting that previously took a series of imports and formatting in Excel is now handled with a few clicks of the mouse. Utilizing what is effectively a crowdsourcing model for developing dashboard reporting, IntelliDash allows our company to look at data in ways that before were either unavailable or extremely cumbersome to create in the native CSI. The team’s ability to continue to look for new and innovative ways to present data is impressive and important. Effectively with IntelliDash, I have a team of financial analysts working to identify opportunities for our company and are able to put the raw data in very easy-to-understand formats. The responsiveness to the few Company-specific requests that come up is incredibly quick and often just the conversation we have with the IntelliDash team leads us to improve our processes. In my 25-plus year career spanning public accounting to executive management, this is the single best tool I have discovered.

Prior to IntelliDash our team manually downloaded data from SyteLine to create Sales & Service reports for monthly distribution. With IntelliDash now installed in our process, we easily view real time information, saving dozens of man-hours each week. IntelliDash allows us to generate meaningful automatic intelligence reports to our staff and analyze Sales, Estimates & Bookings by Products, Markets & Regions. Additionally, on IntelliDash’s Services module, IntelliDash allows us to quickly see overall Service operations trends such as team utilization, field installations, in-house repairs, warranty costs, etc. We can also have easier visibility to the trend of Incidents by month, Service Orders by month and the number of customers with open Service Requests. All of this real time information from IntelliDash allows us to operate our business more efficiently.
