Anyone using Infor CSI owes it to themselves and their Company to take a long look at IntelliDash. Raj and the IntelliDash team have created a tool that continues to amaze. Reporting that previously took a series of imports and formatting in Excel is now handled with a few clicks of the mouse.

Utilizing what is effectively a crowdsourcing model for developing dashboard reporting, IntelliDash allows our company to look at data in ways that before were either unavailable or extremely cumbersome to create in the native CSI. With IntelliDash now installed in our process, we easily view real time information, saving dozens of man-hours each week. Additionally, on IntelliDash’s Services module, IntelliDash allows us to quickly see overall Service operations trends such as team utilization, field installations, in-house repairs, warranty costs, etc. We can also have easier visibility to the trend of Incidents by month, Service Orders by month and the number of customers with open Service Requests.
