Jay Janardhan has over 20 years of experience in Designing, Developing and Maintaining several applications for Manufacturing Companies.
With a rare of blend of Manufacturing experience and comprehensive knowledge of various ERP product suites, business processes, and technical expertise in programming and relational databases, Jay sensed the lack of relevant tools in the Manufacturing industry that help with “Thought Leading Analysis” and conceptualized “IntelliDash” which operates under the “Analytics as a Service” model. This revolutionary idea brings down the overall cost of analytics for Manufacturing SMBs.
Early in his career as a consultant, Jay has led several successful implementations of Enterprise Systems & custom solutions development for several Manufacturing organizations in the SMB sector. His core expertise is in the areas of Materials Management, Advanced Planning & Optimization, and Costing. Jay holds a Masters degree in Manufacturing Management from the university of Toledo, Ohio, an MBA in Corporate Finance and Operations Management and a Bachelors degree in Computer Science specializing in System Analysis and Application design. His other credentials include CPIM accreditation from APICS and PMP certification from Project Management Institute.
George Archibald is a sales professional with great success in selling in the information technology and office automation space. At multiple companies his track record of success included the attainment of numerous sales achievement awards, including national sales leadership awards at Ricoh and the IBM 100% Club and the IBM Golden Circle awards.
His passion is to enable companies to acquire and implement technology to improve the operation and execution of their business model. George has enabled a number of companies to better use technology to reduce their costs of operation and make better business decisions in industries as diverse as Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail, Consumer Goods, Agriculture, and Utilities. He has considerable expertise in how companies use, store, manipulate, and access data including the fields of master data management, database security, data archival, ETL, and in the presentation of data.
He has a bachelor’s and master’s degrees in engineering and a master’s degree in business administration. He was selected for and completed the highly regarded IBM Client Executive program taught by faculty from the Harvard Business School. He has also taught classes in information technology at the college level and written several papers on how companies can better use information technology.
Venkat Jaganathan has over 15 years of experience of hands on development building custom solutions and web applications. Venkat has significant expertise and functional knowledge of the manufacturing industry. For the past 7 years he has developed custom modules for enterprise systems (specifically Infor CloudSuite Industrial/SyteLine).
As a senior delivery manager, Venkat oversees the Application Development, AWS Cloud Infrastructure and Analytics teams.
Venkat is an early adopter of emerging technologies and enjoys researching and leveraging technology to drive productivity. He enjoys mentoring new coders and helps them learn best practices to become successful developers.
