The current opening is for 1 Junior position, and we are looking for an individual with the apt skills to perform the duties of QA Engineer role. Individuals with 1 to 2 years’ experience in both manual and automation testing are welcome to apply. Additional details provided below,

Job Position: Junior QA Engineer
Job Location: Coimbatore, India
Job Description:

• The candidate should have a strong understanding of software testing concepts, test case design, basic automation frameworks, and database validation using MySQL. 
• The role involves validating web applications, identifying defects, and ensuring product quality through structured testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documents.
• Design, write, and execute test cases and test scenarios.
• Perform manual testing (Functional, Regression, Smoke, Integration, UI testing).
• Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools.
• Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium (Java/Python preferred).
• Perform basic database validation using MySQL queries to verify backend data.
• Prepare and share test reports and status updates.

Mandatory Skills & Experience Requirements

Manual Testing (1+ year):

• Strong knowledge of SDLC & STLC
• Experience in writing effective test cases
• Understanding of defect lifecycle
• Experience in regression and sanity testing

Automation Testing (1+ year):

• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver
• Basic knowledge of Java or Python
• Understanding of automation frameworks (TestNG/JUnit preferred)

Database Knowledge:

• Basic knowledge of MySQL
• Ability to write simple queries (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE, GROUP BY)
• Understanding of database validation during testing

Good to have: (1 or more of the below)

• Knowledge or experience in ERP domain
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel (data validation, basic formulas, filtering, sorting, pivot tables)
• Exposure to AWS cloud technologies

Job Position: Junior Business Analyst
Job Location: Coimbatore, India
Job Description:

• Discuss with business stake-holders/clients to understand business requirements.
• Document requirements into Project Management Tools like JIRA, Redmine, Fogbugz, etc.
• Coordinate with developers to efficiently implement the specs as approved by the business stake-holders
• Follow up with business stake-holders for any impediments raised by developers and communicate the resolutions to developers
• Write up Knowledge Base articles that aid end users to understand dashboards and reports.
• Support customers for any queries on the product.
• Preferred work timing 2 PM IST to 11:00 PM IST (Flexible timings as long as there is considerable overlap in IST & EST timezones)

Skills & Experience Requirement:

• Excellent communication skills (English/Tamil)
• Experience in Requirement Gathering over direct communications with product end users (1+ years)
• Experience in Agile Methodology (1+ years)
• Experience with UI/UX Designs, Wireframing and product support for Software applications (1+ years)
• SQL querying skills (1+ years)
• Advanced Excel skills (1+ years)
• Good knowledge of business analysis and systems design.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• Good understanding of data handling and reporting methodologies
• Problem Solving & Analysis
• Business Acumen

Good to have: (1 or more of the below)

• Experience in working with Android/iOS apps
• Experience in working with BI tools like Tableau, Amazon QuickSight, Microsoft PowerBI, QlikView, Looker, SSRS, etc
• Experience in ZOHO CRM, ZOHO Desk, ZOHO Billings & ZOHO Campaigns
• Experience in QA of Software products
• Experience in working with ERP products like Infor Syteline, SAP, Oracle ERP, NetSuite, Epicor, QAD etc.
• Experience in building IT solutions for the Manufacturing domain
• Experience in working with Data Warehouse applications
