Director of Supply Chain Dashboards

A Director of Supply Chain will be focused on managing the investment in components to support the manufacturing process.  IntelliDash provides an overall Inventory dashboard that supports the need to understand the investment in inventory not only now, but at important historical points in time such as week end, month end or quarter end.  This data can be extremely difficult to compile in the ERP system as the flow of transactions has to be re-built to determine inventory at a previous point in time, but in the IntelliDash system a snapshot is taken and maintained so accessing a historical inventory position is quick and painless.  Trends on inventory investment are also maintained.  In addition detailed spreadsheet downloadable data is maintained at the item level at important historical points in time.  There is also an Inventory Matrix capability which allows a view of the data via multiple Y-Axis dimensions such as Product Code, Commodity Code, Location, Material Status, etc. to compared against multiple X-Axis dimensions such ABC Code, Commodity Code, Item Quantity, Site, Warehouse, Location, etc.
